This delightful café embraces the essence of community, serving as a friendly hub for locals and visitors alike. Jodie Thomas noted the freshness of the offerings, emphasizing that the food is made-to-order while you wait. And if you’re lucky enough to visit during holiday events, such as Easter, you might just snag complimentary hot cross buns to enjoy alongside your tea or coffee, a delightful treat praised by Byron Meakin!

With events like board game nights, where for just £2 you can enjoy unlimited drinks and plummet into a world of fun and friendly competition, it’s clear that this café values connection. Customer Susan Robdale’s experience at a recent board game evening exemplifies the love and camaraderie that fills the space, proving that it’s not just about food; it’s about creating lasting connections.

First class service putting customers first not just chatting amongst the staff. Certainly will visit more often especially when picking my Grandson up from school or visiting the lovely card shop next door.

Wonderful little community coffee shop. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food and drink were very tasty and good value. I was probably the youngest person there by about twenty years, but it was a week day! A welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the centre.
